Your wellness visit is a comprehensive evaluation and screening of your physical health. We encourage you to be open about your medical history and any symptoms you are currently experiencing. Though our team is thorough in their examination, we also want you to feel comfortable sharing your concerns with us. Our experienced medical team can also help you manage any chronic illnesses or diseases, including diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol, asthma, gastrointestinal issues, or breathing disorders. Additionally, we provide preventive services and screenings to ensure your health is on track and offer education and counseling to lower your risk for diseases and illnesses in the future. If you need a new dental home or we notice you need additional dental treatments, we uniquely offer dental care within the same practice. With dental clinicians, including specialists, on staff, complete health becomes convenient. If we recommend any lab work, testing (including MRIs), or specialty care, we will refer you to trusted medical professionals within our extensive network. You can rest assured that your care will remain efficient and of the highest quality, whether you are in one of our offices or elsewhere.
